For me this photo is about two things. First – focus. I love looking at things through other things. This photo couldn't exist without the model, but it doesn't imply that the focus has to be on the model. Two – embrace the grain. I learned to accept the grain and even appreciate it in black and white pictures. Yet here we have one in color. But still it doesn't bother me. Quite the opposite. I guess it's because it was taken with an analogue camera which prodoces completly different grain than digital cameras.
